To keep the listings consistant and easy to read we would like you to follow this format when posting your gig.
To create a new listing, from the main forum index click "Where the bands are". Click the "New Thread" button to create your listing and you will be shown a screen that looks similar to an email form to input you listing. The first thing you need to fill in is the subject. The subject of the thread should tell the user what band and what date and day. Put your band name in brackets to make it stand out. Here's an example.
[Rolling Stones] Friday January 3, 2003
or
[Rolling Stones] Week of Jan. 3th thru Jan. 9 2004
or
[Rolling Stones] Month of January 2004
Then you may put the details of where you will be, the time, and directions in the body of the thread.
Don't worry if you don't get it perfect, the moderators will clean things up if necessary.
You must be registered to post. Please click the register button at the top of this page to register.
You can not post where you are playing directly to the calendar. Your gig will be posted on the calendar by a staff member after being reviewed.
