1984 Nighthawk S Carb Leaking

I am a motorcycle newbie and just purchased a 1984 Nighthawk S (cb700sc) and
see that the carbs are leaking after I have been riding the bike ( I can
visibly see all 4 carbs leaking after I have riden and I have shut off the gas
valve). I had the bike checked out by a Honda dealer ($70) and apparently
they didn't ride it or run the engine long enough to detect this problem.
My question is..
1. If I currently work on my own cars, how difficult will it be to rebuild
these carbs? or should I send to mechanic?
2. Where do you normally find good parts for used bikes ( aside from Honda
shop).
3. One of the things Honda did tell me was that I need to rebuild the front
fork orings/seals, how difficult is that process.
4. Does any of the above require special tools

I did find model number on carbs ( Keihni VE 65 AWVJF)

Thanks for any help

Carb rebuild is a piece of cake. Fork rebuild is a real bitch. Just disassemble the front end and take the forks to a qualified shop. Unless you have the proper tools you're going to be in for a nightmare with the forks.
