Hog Club? How about a Metric Crusier Club?

I notice there seems to be more Metric Riders than "Hog" riders, especially Yamaha/Star riders. I kinda take that attitude as a slap in the face and it to needs correcting. No serious offense but the appearance is there! I thought Riderinfo.com was our club. Maybe sub clubs for each style, make, size, ah, get real. I suggested a group for Star since it's being given it own name by Yamaha, of without feedback.

I'm sure there would be no objection to setting up a Star forum, but you have to consider that the only person who can set it up is the administrator of the board, and he's an extremely busy man. He probably won't even see the request unless one of us mods bug him about it, and we won't bug him about it until it's obvious that it's a desire in the community, and not just for one person.

If we get a few "Amens" or "Me Toos" to your request... It'll happen... but the admin has a cranky attitude, and we try not to visit his culvert under the bridge any more than we have to. He is a fine administrator though... as long as you leave him alone.

If no one else chimes in to agree to your request, what good is setting up a separate forum? Whatcha gonna do, sit there and talk to yourself?

The intend was to get forums for chapters of various clubs that don't have interactive websites. But I gotta tell ya, they are all snobs. I know why I never joined one after approaching several of them. I'm not saying they are all snobs, but every club I have approached has a we can do it ourselves attitude, but I see nothing from them. Go figure. The club chapter section is likely going to disapear.

Anyway, I will make you a sub forum of yamaha for the star series. I need suggestions for a title and description though.
