Weather???KeE 10-18-2005, 09:32 PM hmm.. so yes this weather makes great riding weather. But coming closer to the end of october, i'm curious. Will it ever cool off?? And what about a hurricane coming to florida? geesh... enough is enough! immortalbitch 10-18-2005, 09:53 PM KeE .... what's another hurricane to florida??? just because we haven't recovered from last year, tell us if we run out of names we go to the greek alphabet and how many weeks left in this season ... 5 maybe 6??? me thinks "mother nature" just might be a little pissed at the world :( WildKat 10-18-2005, 10:28 PM Will it ever cool off?? Hey its like 60-70 during the day and 50 at night !! Thats cool enough for me.. but then again Im in PA.. I envy you guys !! KeE 10-19-2005, 01:37 PM well "mother nature" can go take something for that serious case of pms she's having. And 60-70 degree weather and u envy us? I envy you! I am no longer enjoying the 85-90 weather. Yes the evenings drop down but that doesn't count, i'm sleeping!!!! BClem 10-19-2005, 03:59 PM Well it sure looks like a challenge to have anything nice in FL! Anyhow, we wish you-all well! The thing is; that cat5 can go anywhere it damned well wants to, even right on up this way and beyond. There is no steering high this time over the horizon....! HDRules 10-19-2005, 09:05 PM I hope Wilma does like predicted, and weakens greatly before landfall, then continues out into the Atlantic to die. Would be even nicer if it just imploded on itself, seeing as how it has the lowest barometric pressure in recorded history. Then noone has to face her wrath ;) bigwater 10-19-2005, 11:20 PM I hope Wilma does like predicted, and weakens greatly before landfall, then continues out into the Atlantic to die. Then noone has to face her wrath ;)It's already weakened a bit, but it could strenghthen again. Sorry to take this off topic even further, but I wonder if the KC @ Miami game will be played on Sunday. Predictions are that portions of the hurricane will be right on top of Miami around gametime Sunday. I know the NFL always plays regardless of weather... rain... snow... but a hurricane? BClem 10-20-2005, 03:04 PM Priceless, Bigwater!!!! You be da sports-fan fo sho'! I'll bet Miami @ KC would suit the team and their families much better about game time too... Well anyhow, we all hope for the best, don't we? bigwater 10-20-2005, 04:03 PM ESPN announced a couple of hours ago that the game has been rescheduled for Friday night at 7pm immortalbitch 10-20-2005, 08:49 PM i'm sure quite a few things are being rescheduled ... college football homecoming games, weddings (LOL), leave it to a hurricane to disrupt everything. now if it would just make up it's mind which way it's going so the weather service can make their predictions. KeE 10-23-2005, 12:42 PM immortal... you keep an eye out looks as though it may head towards you, or so i'm seeing and been told.... becareful ya'll immortalbitch 10-23-2005, 12:57 PM immortal... you keep an eye out looks as though it may head towards you, or so i'm seeing and been told.... becareful ya'll thank you darlin' .... i appreciate the concern but i think we should (?) be ok here. either way, i just want it to be over with. i'm tired of the headache from the damn low barometric pressure. ps. really, you may call me BITCH!! everyone does and no offense is taken. one day soon, i will post the meaning KeE 10-23-2005, 01:39 PM ok Bitch... (hah sounds funny sayin that) .. well keep us posted on your status anyhow. I'm choosing to watch football vs the weather channel.. much more exciting! immortalbitch 10-23-2005, 01:43 PM hey .... if i can't go riding .... football is my choice for sunday afternoons. not my first choice (cue evil laugh) mind you but i like football. and i will keep everyone posted on the weather. bigwater 10-24-2005, 04:05 AM So how 'bout it bitch? Our kids and grandkids are in pinellas park and from the looks of the radar, it seems like you guys are getting pelted pretty good by the outer bands. Please post after everything passes through and let me know how bad everything got. Thanks. immortalbitch 10-24-2005, 05:05 AM well sweeties, it's 6am ...... weather here right now is calm. i'm sure we will have some showers and then get to look forward to a cold front BClem 10-24-2005, 09:25 AM Well, it appears that the Everglades through to W.Palm Beach are catching the brunt of Wilma. They say that it is moving at 23 mph so it has no chance to weaken, but passes quickly. How many more weeks of this?!! immortalbitch 10-24-2005, 11:17 AM gee ..... only 5 weeks left of hurricane season (ends nov 30th). get yours now ... avoid the rush |
