RiderInfo Home Page Login and Logout

I was aware there was a login problem on the home page for some users, but I couldn't duplicate the problem to fix it. Well, I finally experienced it and was able to fix it.

You can now login and logout from the home page without errors or getting redirected to an error not found page.
