Desperate for tech help for a 04 Kingpin

Hello all,
I have an 04 Kingpin and have only been able to accumuate about 1,300 miles on it in the past 18 months as the shop has the bike more than I do.
I had the dealer install Santa Rosa Drag Pipes, upgrade me to the stage I K&N aircleaner and box, and remap the computer.
After months of problems, the dealer has now installed a Victory air box adapter to the Santa Rosa air box.
The bike seems to run ok for 50 - 100 miles and then starts bogging down, popping and farting. Eventually, it will not even restart and back to the shop it goes.
WHAT THE HECK! It is only a set of pipes, and aircleaner, an airbox and a simple computer map adjustment. Or so I thought...

Does any one out there have any advise?

Now that you let a parts swapper play with your bike, consider a professional with a dyno. Sounds like you are rich and fouling plugs at a minimum. I suggest your dealer is a stealer. ;)

i totally agree with FX ..... find a professional motorcycle mechanic. if the shop has had your motorcycle more than you, they are using you for your $$. i wish you luck getting your motorcycle running correctly!!

I know this is frustrating, cause your Pin ought to pin your ears back with the setup your describing. I know cause I got one. Sounds like your dealer's tech don't know squat. Don't know where you live, but you need to find another dealer. After the remap, my guess is that they got your TPS way off and your running way rich.
