I recently purchased my wife an '03 Kawasaki Vulcan 500 ltd. She is not very tall and we would like to lower the bike by an inch or two. I cannot find any info on this anywhere, including the dealers. Any suggestions? Thanks!

You can do a google search for motorcycle shocks. Also check out progressive suspension. Depending on the bike, you can lower as much as 4 inches. I've heard good things about the ride they provide also.

I just lowered my 800A and got the kit from Scootworks on line, kit was a little over priced but worked great.

kiminglz, give this guy a try. I have been working with him on building me a springer. He has all sorts of stuff for the vulcans. http://cbcustoms.com/index.htm
