This guy, Jim, dies suddenly and being a basically good person quickly finds himself at the Pearly Gates. He is met there by St. Peter and is told that since they are getting rather crowded, he can only get in if he has done something really good or heroic in his life.
Jim thinks for a minute and says that he did do something that may be worthy. "What was it?", asks St. Peter. "Well", says Jim, "I remember one time I was driving down a lonely road and saw a commotion up ahead. Seems a bike gang had come upon a young woman with a broken down car. Two of the bikers were holding her down as one raped her and the others were waiting their turn. Without thinking, I pulled over, grabbed a tire iron from my car, kicked the two bikers holding her off, pulled the third off of the woman, and held up my tire iron and said "Now who wants a piece of this?"
"Wow", said St. Peter, "that was heroic. And when did you do this?" Jim thinks for a minute, "About five minutes ago, I think".
