First Annual Wounded Veterans Memorial Day Fest May 26, 2007

<img align="left" src="http://www.riderinfo.com/news_images/bikers-lake-panasoffkee.jpg" border="0" style="margin-right:6px" alt="Lake Panasoffkee Bikers Logo" />The first annual Wounded Veterans Memorial Day Benefit in Lake Panasoffkee (http://www.riderinfo.com/forums/gps.php?do=l&z=33528&l=4), Florida will take place May 26, 27, 28, 2007 kicking off at the Water’s Edge Bar on HWY 470 at 10AM with a Purple Heart Dart Run.

The event is to benefit the wounded veterans recovering in the Tampa and Gainesville VA hospitals. The motorcycle rally goal is to raise $10,000.00.

There will be Poker runs, entertainment, a dunk a cop booth, lady mud wrestling, a Ms. Lake Pan Bikefest contest, a best bartender award, turkey shoots, auctions, a bike show, vendors and much more. Events will take place at several establishments in town all weekend!

While you are in Lake Pan, come on down to Ground Zero for the Lake Panasoffkee Veterans Memorial Bikefest. This event is being put on by The Florida Law Dogs, Lorenzo's Tiki Bar and the VFW. We are blocking off the street between Lorenzo's and the VFW. The opening ceremony will be at 2:00 on Saturday, with a phone call from one our soldiers in Iraq. The fun starts Friday night and will not end until Monday night. Expecting a huge turn out, and hoping to give about $10,000 to the cause. Spread the word. When you get here look me up, I would love to meet you.
