Will there be video? :sign than ONLY IF I MAKE IT :eeky: :sign LOL: 84FLH 12-02-2004, 04:17 PM We've got one here in Kingston....I've often wondered if I could make it:biggrin: . It's a bit of a pain in the ass, as it is on the only route into town from the east. Boaters have to go through it to get up and down the Rideau River which can get real busy. Needless to say traffic can get back for miles. BTW...LOADED, good to see ya made the leap to AfterHours ;) Runningwolf 10-07-2005, 08:30 PM I am not sure but it looks like one in florida. I live there and know it has a huge amount of them. They are slowly being replaced by taller bridges though. Some will still be around as there are not enough places that can use a taller bridge. I know in the st. pete/Tampa area there are more than 10. Treasure island has 4 it's self. Anywho... lemme know if you survive that jump.. lol FX 10-07-2005, 10:07 PM There are hundreds of them up and down the Florida east coast just like that I'm sure. I dunno which on that is. immortalbitch 10-09-2005, 10:21 AM actually looks the the old one crossing over to clearwater beach. we have them on the west coast of florida too bigwater 10-09-2005, 10:25 AM I doubt it's Florida. Both of the bikers in the pics are wearing lids... and I don't think I've ever seen 2 bikers together in FL when both of them were wearing lids. Of course I could be wrong. immortalbitch 10-09-2005, 10:48 AM good point BIG ..... or it could be an older pic. at one time we "had" to wear them. Runningwolf 10-09-2005, 02:38 PM Just looked, those are baseball caps. Look hard, I used psp9. does wonders for stuff..lol heritage1962 10-10-2005, 02:30 AM I like these draw bridge like this one wouldn,t it be cool to jump over the warter on a harley :eeky: http://www.dixiebiker.com/files/tb01.jpg It could be... I made it over but the car behind me didn't. :muahhaha: You got to love those bridges, they can open them thing with the guard rails up. :devilsmok: Runningwolf 10-10-2005, 02:18 PM Have you ever seen the swing bridges? They turn instead of lift up. I had an inspection job an a lift bridge in bradenton on the ringling causeway. Hateed it. All that grating! immortalbitch 10-10-2005, 02:50 PM ok WOLF ..... what about the license plates??? LOL! HDRules 10-11-2005, 06:26 AM Yeah, Runningwolf, whenever I cross one of those, all I can think of is grated cheese ;) Runningwolf 10-11-2005, 01:57 PM Tried to see the plates but they are so glared out that all I get is pixilation.
