Noticed over the last few weeks my 07 Ultra was beginning to start "hard". Sometimes it would take 2 tries to get it to fire up. Also I noticed that when I would turn on the master switch the radio would boot up but when I hit the start button the radio would die and reboot.
Well the Boy wanted to sit on the bike and I thought it would be cool to let him start it. He hit the starter and the whole bike died.
To make a long story short while checking out the electrical I bumped the neg battery cable and everything came back. The damn cable had loosened and was barely connected. Tightened it up and now everything works 4.0. Glad it didn't happen on the road 100 miles from home.
