Careful Ricky, this is the only thread on RI that has not gone bad but you may have just created a self fulfilling prophecy.

FX and I know a guy down here who wears an old high school football helmet with a piece of rope where the chin strap used to go and he put DOT stickers on it. This is the same guy who's dog ate the seat belt in his truck and he uses a ratchet strap to buckle himself in.

Thanks a lot, you just made me spit my beer all over the keyboard. I feel now that I am legal here as I picked up a HD Road King just yesterday. I am still keeping my Yamaha Virago for commuting to work.

Dave, is it still illegal to drive with your arm hanging out of the window of your car Down Under? Sure is, and the cops chase that one when the state taxes get a bit low.
Thanks for the welcome back guys. I'll try to contribute a bit mor than I have been.

Thanks JR. here is a pic. It is 18 months old and has only done 35,000 Km. so I am pretty happy with the deal i got. They are a lot more expensive here than in the USA.

Just DAMN bro. You mean I gotta find out about your sweet new ride from some internet forum?

LOL... just kidding bro. We do need to talk though. Skype hasn't been friendly to me lately, and I'm sorry for not contacting you over the holidays. I have your calendar hanging on my wall, but I'm afraid it's going to confuse me as it doesn't have the American holidays (days the mail don't run/banks closed) listed. ;)

That's a sweet looking king. We can swap bikes and wives anytime you want... temporarily of course.

Hey biggie, I knew you'd be along sooner or later. Just wanted to surprise you. I must tell everyone that it was Big boy who talked me into the king. After the Viagra tho it is bloody heavy and I am petrified I am gonna drop her.
I have also been finding skype a bit on the rough side lately too. after it gets over 6 billion people the quality goes.:bonk 2:

Well I'm thrilled you came in to tell us about the bike bud. I know you're in the middle of your summer down there, and this is the time to bust loose and get used to her. I've got 4" of snow on the ground right now, and the weather's turning to freezing rain and sleet. I doubt I'll be riding anytime soon.

Great news on the new bike, and don't be shy. You won't drop her, and if you do, we'll be here to pick you up.

Sharp looking bike Dave. Listen to BW, he won't steer you wrong on a bike.

Best thing that I ever used for cleaning white wall tires was comet. A little comet on a scrub brush and they were white as new.

He doesn't. He just buys new ones when they get dirty. I convinced him to go with blackwalls once, and he actually got one riding season out of a set of tires.

We also have irresponsible parents who hand over to a newly licensed 16 yr old boy or girl a sportscar or worse a bike that can go up to 180 miles per hour. We need to start taking responsiblity. I choose to wear a helmet but there are times I dont & I want to continue to have that choice!

I use the Harley brand wheel cleaner mostly but other brands also. The GA red clay is tough to get off them. After a while, they start to look pink (let the comments fly). When I get my new wheels, I'm going to blackwalls forever.
