It sounds like something only legislators in the Gestapo State (NJ) would think up. I hope everyone who lives in Florida write to your representatives to show that you're against this kind of bullsh*t law. Otherwise, It's only the beginning.

Rally the troops Greg, this is very important to all bikers. If they pass it there, all other states will use it as a template for similar legislation. This is a travesty, and should be attacked with full force. And the moron who wrote it, should be recalled.

I just wrote to all of the committee members. They need to get their heads out of their asses and focus on something this state needs, not a law like this. Guess if it applied to cagers as well, they'd have to lock up a third of the state's drivers.
