Leesburg Bikefest 2008 BannerThe 12th Annual Lessburg Bikefest kicks off Friday April 25th on Main Street in Downtown Leesburg and runs through Sunday April 27th.
There will be over 40 Free live Concerts on 8 Stages, over 300 Vendors including Festive Food and on the Street Bars. Main Street will be open to motorcycles traffic only.

We were planning on going, but hubby's back is out, and the trike started missing pretty bad yesterday, so it's going in the shop today. Wish I could find a mechanic who didn't have to keep my ride for at least a week before they even got to it!

I saw FX, Knothaid, and Rick Miller. I did NOT see JR.
Knot and I spent about 3 hours people watching and laughing our asses off. (Lots of freaks there this year) Every time I saw poor Rick Miller he was working his ass off. (At one point he was working AND getting run over by motorcycles). I made fun of FX as much as I possibly could and I do expect thank you PMs from all of you because of my hard work in that department. (I'm just not appreciated enough.)
