The 2000 strong member group, A Brotherhood Active Towards Education, is boycotting the New Mexico Red River Rally. The group is also discouraging other bikers from attending.

The group is upset over a crash last year that killed two bikers. A 15 year old hit a bike head on and sent another bike skidding out of control. The 15 year old has yet to be charged with a crime or even given a ticket, however the case has been handed over to a new DA.

I know for sure that the law holds back on tickets and such so that if they bring charges, they have weight and are the right charges. People have gotten away with such things by paying a ticket before being charged with murder because of double jeaporady laws. Sounds silly huh?

Does it seem fair to boycott the cities rally because the state is not taking action quickly enough?
