Attorneys did not finalize a plea deal in the DUI manslaughter case against Chopper Builder Billy Lane today and the Judge set a date of June 9th, 2009 for a pretrial conference, in yet another delay, to try and finalize a deal. If a deal is not made then, a trial could begin around a week later.
Mr. Lane's attorney is hoping for special consideration for the famous motorcycle builder based on his past, it appears, to mitigate Mr. Lanes punishment.
