I see on ebay where they have these CD service manual for around 3-5 bucks, they want more for the shipping than they do the CD! I'm also wondering if the 04 is the same as the 05 manual, they want 11 bucks for the 05-06 CD, I've got a 05 1100 Silverado, I would think the 05 hasn't changed from the 04? Has anyone bought one of these CD's ??

    Thanks for any input,

Yea, I have the CD for my 02, 1100 Silverado. It has came in quite handy. You can print out the page ya need use it. Then just throw it away. No expensive book lying around gathering dust. Cause as we all know. Ya don't need a maintenance manual for these bikes very often. But as far as being the same. Ask your dealer, they should know.

I just got a manual from www.repairmanuals.com for an '86 venture Royale 1300cc.
It's the same manual the dealer mechanics use & cost $57 + S&H.
Good book & 3 day delivery.

I just bought an '86 Royale and the battery warning light is on . It is a new battery but when I checked the sending unit was laying on top of the battery. I plugged it into the hole in the battery but can't find where to stick the other end (no smart comments) It is a green wire with an inline resistor. Can anyone help?
