What music are you listening to?

I am check out some original music by Avery Stemmler. So far I've tried the first three songs on the list; Lifecycle, Equator, and A Brush with Extinction.

Altered Beast and Son of an Altered Beast

I'm on a Matthew Sweet kick. I'm downloading both, burning a cd and heading the the Flagler Farmers Market. I need to buy dill.

So you finally got it?? Believe it or not, I was just listening to someone butcher Heart of Gold. Everyone's an entertainer on the 4th. I drank my beer, ate my wings, and left. It could only get worse. I thought I heard an equally bad version of Margaritaville starting when I was closing the oven (car) door.

I'm using the little Genius sidebar in iTunes. I can pick a song from my music and then Genius comes up with a playlist of music similar to that. So far I really like it, although I'm sure every time I use it, personal data is gathered and sent to the omnipotent Apple Corp. But anyway, I picked "Blowing It" by Dinosaur Jr. and the playlist has the Replacements, Whiskeytown, The Afghan Whigs, Screaming Trees, Morphine, Big Star, Paul Westerberg . . . great shit.

Why am I telling you all this? Because I'm trying to avoid my paper on long distance learning that is due tomorrow. Ugh.

Great - now they have "blowing it" in your personal profile; you should get some very interesting pop-ups from now on.
